We are a small staff dedicated to moving communities to confront the ‘silent crisis’ of youth violence in American society. It’s a crisis that emanates from the growing disconnect between a country that is #1 in GDP, billionaires, and per capita spending on health care and last in relative child poverty, adolescent birth rates, and in protecting children from gun violence.
We are determined to work with people struggling to get by, or to overcome the challenges of raising children in a neighborhood with a concentration of poverty.
We therefore focus on breaking the cycle of poverty for caregivers and giving kids the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.
